Help desk plugin for horizon agent property

Hi guys,

Today I tried to install horizon agent through CMD, Below is the command I used:

D:\VMware-Horizon-Agent-x86_64-7.11.0-15238678.exe /v" /qn ADDLOCAL=Core,SVIAgent,RTAV,V4V,VmwVaudio"

Options needed for me are core , Composer Agent , Real-Time Audio-Video , vRealize Operations Desktop Agent , VMware Audio and Help desk plugin for horizon agent.

I couldnt find the property for Help desk plugin for horizon agent. Even in Silent Installation Properties for Horizon Agent link.

Any help?

Hi jamie20

Help desk tool is a part of Horizon connection server NOT horizon agent. You access it through View admin page and it is enabled by default during agent installation.

Thanks for the reply....But it shows during GUI installation...Is that ok?

During silent installation, helpdesk plugin is installed automatically, you don't need any switch to explicitly enable it.
