Have two domains and one uses UEM and the other doesn't. The one that doesn't all of the sudden is giving the users the WELCOME Screen for about 5 minutes. Since these are Instant clones and NO Home directory is setup in AD I was curious where the local profiles are being stores. Not sure why all of the sudden this is happening. Any thoughts?? Thanks

Did you create a GPO to hide the welcome screen? Maybe this GPO is not applied?

The local profiles are stored in C:\Users

By default it will be a copy of C:\Users\Default
