      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Odd issue.&amp;nbsp; It seems that when someone logs into our Horizon View environment (Win 8.1), they can't retain their Microsoft online account after logging out.&amp;nbsp; The user has to reconnect it again every time he/she logs on.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas why that's happening?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
