View Composer DB Step-by-Step procedure

Hi, I know that I need to create a Composer User with the appropriate permissions which I have done, but I need to understand how to create the View composer DB in SQL. Can I use windows authentication for the composer DB or do I need to create an SA account within SQL? Does anyone have the instructions for the composer DB creation?

Pay close attention to the copied text below. If your SQL database doesn't reside on your vCenter server than you have to use SQL authenication.

SQL Server authentication

Select this option if you are using a remote instance of SQL Server. Windows

NT authentication is not supported on remote SQL Server.
