When user using the Horizon menu bar, click on 3 dots and select "Logoff Desktop", they get an error: "Failed to logoff the remote session". As administrators, I connect to Connection Server Console and select the user session and select "logoff session" button, I also receive an error "Failed to Logoff Session".
