Latest Fusion under Mojave with Windows 7 VM. I had been using a printer connected via Ethernet which worked fine until I had to disconnect the printer to relocate it. Upon reconnecting it, I can no longer send jobs to it,

In Fusion settings under Networking, in the table, Ethernet shows as partially available. What can I do to remedy this? Thanks.

No luck yet with this.

Running latest VMware Tools on a Windows 7 VM. 'Install Virtual Printer' is not greyed out but selecting it does not yield any discernible results and I do not see the printer in Windows. It is shared and it functions under macOS.

What else can I check?

Can you print to it from the host? How about pinging the IP address from the host and guest?

You should be able to create a new printer inside the guest, using guest drivers, and print directly to it via the network. No need to run through the virtualized environment at all.
