      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a Support Ticket but can't figure out how to activate it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Originally I thought VMWare was a better choice than Parallels, but I find it almost impossible as a regular layperson to navigate VMWare website and support options. It was by fluke that I even figured out how to purchase a Support Ticket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
