      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have package servicedesk software, but i can't open attachements in this thinapp packet:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;photo attachements - &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.5em;"&gt;i receive "Windows Photo Viewer can't open this picture because either the picture is deleted, or it's in a location that isn't available". &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.5em;"&gt;email attachements - i receive "Can't open file my homefolder\name.msg".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.5em;"&gt;How i can resolve this problems ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will be isolation problem. Mostly your software saves attachements into some directory which is in your sandbox and therefore is not accessible in other applications (applications not virtualized and not running in virtual buble).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you, please, check which directory are your attachements stored in? What's exact path?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a nice day,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
