I am thinking of attempting to build a MSM or MSI installer from a already captured package of ThinApp.

By converting the registry text files into registry keys possibly?

Has anyone done this? Or can provide any information would be great Thanks.

Once I did silent installer for some program in Smart Install Maker (not MSI) using ThinApp's Setup Capture and Regshot (it is easier because Regshot makes REG and UNREG files).

But it is not aplayable for programs where you wanto to make components choice during installation. It is possible but... too much must be "handmade".

Hoping to use the ThinApp package we currently use for deployment.

Thanks.
