PowerCLI script for reporting Newly installed Dell Hosts in Vcenter

Hello, I am looking for a reporting script I can run weekly on 3 Vcenters that I can export to a CSV. It should show:
Datacenter, VMHost Name, Server Model, service Tag and install date
Can someone help me create one?

See if it helps you starting your script and you can add or delete variables and object as per your requirement.
