      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are on V6.0 U3 with TLS1.2 enabled only.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the Web Client, selecting "Edit Settings" on VMs shows the same message and no options. Using vSphere client is ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The vCenter is an appliance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

However, our Inventory Service is started OK, yet vSphere Web Client still shows the Unable to connect error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I have not reset the Inventory database as I didn't think the article applied in our situation. What do you think ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
