Please clear up a debate I'm having with a friend who just attended the vSphere 5x course. He says that with ver5.5 we can now vMotion VMs from one DataCenter host to another DataCenter host. This was not available in version 4x and I don't think it could be done in 5 or 5.1 BUT I haven't attended the 5.5 course. However, in my readings I don't see this mentioned and surely this would be a highlight in any documentation. When asked to explain how this is possible, he explains that it is because Linked vCenter now allows it to happen. True or False? I'm skeptical.
