    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I upgrade successfuly my vCenter 6.0 to 6.5 and since then I am not able to log in into my vCenter via vSphere client.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error message is:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An internal error occurred in the vSphere Client.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Details: Object reference not set to an instance of an object&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper" image-alt="pastedImage_0.png"&gt;&lt;img src="https://communities.vmware.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/69511i772F0937550EB82F/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="pastedImage_0.png" alt="pastedImage_0.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My ESXi hosts are version 6.0 and vCenter 6.5.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to re-install vSphere client and removing vCenter and installing again, did not help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to fix this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the Community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;vSphere 6.5 doesn't support the Windows based C# Client anymore. You'll have to use the Web Client.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;see e.g. &lt;A href="https://kb.vmware.com/kb/2147929" title="https://kb.vmware.com/kb/2147929"&gt;https://kb.vmware.com/kb/2147929&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;André&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
