Are you running an embedded or external PSC?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Since SSO runs as part of the PSC it is expected to see "SSO is not initialized" when logging into the vCenter VAMI. When you log into the PSC VAMI (&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="https://" rel="nofollow"&gt;https://&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;lt;psc fqdn&amp;gt;/psc) do you see everything as healthy? Is time synchronized between the PSC and Active Directory?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Unable to login to VCSA</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;cannot log into the VCSA from WebClient or VI Client with my Active Directory account but can login to the local vsphere.local account but nothing has changed.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I log into the appliance on port 5480 I see that the SSO is not initialized after rebooting the appliance multiple times.&amp;nbsp; The overall health of the VCSA is "good."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
