Make sure to have a different IP range for vMotion, and if possible, a separate VLAN. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For vSwitch1 use active / active and keep the default Port ID nic teaming policy. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
