      <title>Black Screen &amp; Connection Error</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I connect to vsphere client and go to view console image. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This working correctly and shows the current screen of the vm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I want to open console is popup following error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Connection Error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could not connect to the server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I connect to esxi host and make the same way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is Popup a Black Screen and the Application is crash.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mobile Phone is: iPhone5 &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;vSphere Server Version 5.5.0 Build 1750787&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;vSphere Client Version 5.5.0 Build 1746248&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Firewall Port 7331 is open on the vsphere client machine&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help me please ?.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Sorry you're have problems connecting to VM consoles.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It appears you have the correct port open on the vsphere client machine - I assume you mean the vsphere server's firewall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you using any VPN to get to this machine from Watchlist? In other words, is the network path between your mobile device and the vsphere server unblocked on 7331?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your patience.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

This effects the selection of the port base based on which update of vCenter 5.5 you're running.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
