Upgrade ESXi standalone from 6.7 to 7.0 u3 using offline package

We are upgrading Vmware 6.7 to 7.0 using offline package VMware-ESXi-7.0.3-20842708-HPE-703.0.0.11.1.5.9-Jan2023-Synergy-depot.zip but failing giving below error.

Ours server is synergy server 480 G10 so using HPE customized package .Kindly help us to solve

Hi,

Your previous version is not an HPE customized ISO, but was a Standard VMware ISO.

So you upgrade with a VMware Standard ISO or do a clean install with an HPE customized ISO.
