The older two hosts are using one CPU intel Xeon Silver 4114 and the new one host has one CPU Intel Xeon Silver 4214 series. In VMware comapatibily gudie I can't find this CPUs.

It is here: https://www.vmware.com/resources/compatibility/detail.php?deviceCategory=cpu&productid=119&deviceCategory=cpu&details=1&cpu_series=119&page=1&display_interval=10&sortColumn=Partner&sortOrder=Asc

Just a bit harder to find since it is one of many in the same line / not next to the Silver 4200 series.

Anyhow, you want to configure a Skylake EVC mode.
