IF your using 6.2 for view, and the desktop is registered in the connection server, it may not register correctly.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I try to create a new machine with an iso of windows 1809. I have installed WMTools 10.3.5 and View agent : 7.7&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;VMWare View Horizon is in version 6.2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I make a snapshot, the machine is available but after a few minutes (sometimes 10, sometimes 30), the agent become unreachable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you know why it's happening ? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's probably because you're using 1809 which is known for causing problems and probably isn't supported yet with Horizon. Use 1803 instead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
