ESXI 7 U3 - WIN 10 - T.C Electronic PowerCore PCIe (Motorola MPC8245 [Unity]) - PASSTHRU FAILURE

Hi All.
I've been successful at staging my VM - WIN 10 Digital Audio Workstation with PCI passthru of Universal Audio PCIe DSP, but am failing with defunct T.C Electronic's PowerCore PCIe DSPs. VMWARE allows me to attach as a PCI device, but during boot, ESXI reports:

"haTask-3-vim.VirtualMachine.powerOn-1620

Failed - Module 'DevicePowerOn' power on failed."

Device 0000:03:00.0 is the PowerCore PCIe. I'm guessing the BAR2 addr=0 has invalid translation is the issue. I haven't been able to find something useful using Google, or the "Configuration Examples and Troubleshooting for VMDirectPath" VMWARE guide.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

What kind of PCI is this exactly? Need more details on the passthrough device to research more on it.
