I have a question about my setup and I'm looking for some feedback. First of all we are getting a slow down one of my virtual machines which I don't think has anything to do with the vSwitch configuration but maybe I'm wrong.

We have 3 virtual switches same setup on all 4 host.

vSwitch0 : (3)Nics

2 nics for vMotion

1 nic for Management

vSwitch1: (5)Nics

4 nics for the Virtual machine port group

1 nic for backups

vSwitch2: (2)10GB

both for iSCSI

Now we are using external switch tagging on vSwitch1 for the virtual machines and I know best practice would prefer virtual switch tagging. I have an attachment for the NIC teaming properties for the virtual machine port group on vSwitch1. Let me know if you need anymore additional information but from what I have listed is setup look accurate?
