    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So from Snapshot manager, there are no snapshots displayed, correct? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you Right click the VM &amp;gt; Edit Settings and go to the hard disk, is this hard disk running on base vmdk (VM.vmdk) or a snapshot vmdk (VM-00000x.vmdk) ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Suhas&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;this should be issue with the consolidation , if you click on the vm and check the summary , you might see the Consolidation warning ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;either click on "cosolidate" from the gui , or use cli to remove the snapshot file &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Create another snapshot and then use the "Delete All" option to remove all snapshots.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does that get rid of the files?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi cjscol,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried recreating the new snapshot and deleting all ,but still all the Delta files exists. Also, after creating new snapshot, an error for vm consolidation was showing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did the VM consolidation, but it didn't fixed the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;vm2015&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

You can click in the box and scroll left and right if the name is too long to fit in it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Once I was entering &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; instead of &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="https://" rel="nofollow"&gt;https://&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; and nothing displayed for me. Can you capture a screenshot of this error for us? Also the newest "Thick" vSphere client should allow you to edit higher VM Versions.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
