Kudos is nice - what about also adding a thumbs down button ?

When I saw that post I missed a thumbs down button - is there an option to report bad advice so that the post can be hidden until it has been reviewed ?

That was the equivalent of a doctor telling the patient that he will die in 3 days when the symptom is nothing but a running nose.
