Those are mind maps for troubleshooting vsphere management and network issues. Source, below:

https://blogs.vmware.com/kb/2011/03/new-mind-map-troubleshooting-vsphere-management-issues.html

https://ntpro.nl/blog/archives/1733-Mind-Map-For-Troubleshooting-vSphere-Network-Issues.html

Those are very old posts, probably archived and not open to public anymore.

Are you aware of any latest mind maps or simulations.

I'm currently checking https://core.vmware.com/vsphere-simulation-library , however its not showing simulations for previous versions of vSphere, vSAN etc.

Those documents would have been hosted on the previous Communities platform, due to their age and the product versions they were applicable to I guess they were not migrated across to the current platform.

I have no idea if such maps exist for newer versions.

As for simulations, there are also Hands On Labs for the latest product versions, those for older versions are usually retired.
