Customer connect registration

Hi, I am tring to create a new account at vmware customer connect and I am not able to get past registration. Form is keep telling me that I have a bad Adress / zip code. What can I do with this, please advice.

It means that you don't know your proper address. You are in APIPA mode

check in google proper zip code and try again.

I have the same problem. I have tried with the plus code too, but it is not working either.
