Hello,

I was wondering if its a safe to apply esxi unlocker - https://github.com/erickdimalanta/esxi-unlocker to the ESXi 7 update 3... as i can see from the github code is 2 y old... and i am planning to run few other production systems apart of OSx.

reference> https://vmscrub.com/installing-macos-12-monterey-on-vmware-esxi-7-update-3/#t-1637701536023

Thank you

hello,

supermicro board and Xeon processor 1230v6. I emailed the author of that unlocker and he wrote to me that it's only for a lab, not production ready systems.

In that case, I assume there is no way how to run OSx on vmware esxi via an officially supported way, correct?

The Apple EULA for MacOS states that it can only be installed physically or virtually on Apple hardware, ESXi is certified for some MacMini and MacPro models.

Given your hardware, you cannot discuss this topic here in the Communities because it would violate that EULA.

Expect a moderator to lock your thread.
