      <title>I need help reactivating my account...I deactivate it by mistake</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hopefully, someone from support can see my message.&amp;nbsp; I have an account that I deactivated in Customer Connect Login.&amp;nbsp; I tried the RESET MY PASSWORD option and that says "your account is deactivated contact Support" when I called Support, the message says to click on RESET MY PASSWORD.&amp;nbsp; I tried calling the support phone number but I keep getting kicked out, dropped calls, and I am not able to get support on the phone.&amp;nbsp; I was invited by another user with an email but I did not get my account updated with the account information so to troubleshoot I decided to deactivate my account thinking that I would be able to activate it again.&amp;nbsp; Please help!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not able to access Customer Connect to open support tickets.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Scott28tt, I have tried the proper channels and is not working.&amp;nbsp; I cannot get anyone on the phone and my account is deactivated so I cannot submit any tickets.&amp;nbsp; I got the account when I took my Administrator training but now I need it for my job to open tickets and I am not able to get support at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to get in.&amp;nbsp; Someone from our contact reached out to licensing and they fixed the issue.&amp;nbsp; I wished there was a way to reach support without going through hoops but it is what it is I guess.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
