    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am running the Orchestrator v5.1 appliance.&amp;nbsp; I have created a custom request portal using the info from &lt;A href="http://www.vcoteam.info/learn-vco/create-a-simple-vco-self-service-vm-provisioning-portal-part-3.html"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp; However, I can only log in with an account that is part of the VCO administrators group.&amp;nbsp; All others get "Unable to connect : You are not authorized to access the web view".&amp;nbsp; This user can successfully see and execute the workflow when going through the Java client.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

I also posted this in reply to your comment on the thread, linked earlier, for the custom request portal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;"&gt;In the end, all I needed to do was change the permissions on the jar file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;"&gt;cd /opt/vmo/app-server/server/vmo/deploy/vmo-server&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;"&gt;chmod 644 o11n-modelejb-server.jar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;"&gt;After that, restarted the configuration then the service.&amp;nbsp; It works now.&amp;nbsp; I did not have to replace any files. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

The folder "&lt;EM style="font-family: monospace; font-size: 12px; color: #666666;"&gt;orchestrator_installation_folder&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #666666; font-family: monospace; font-size: 12px;"&gt;\app-server\server\vmo\deploy\vmo-server\" &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;that some mention changing permission on no longer seems to exist in this version.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
