Hey folks,

i have not that much experience with vrops.. but maybe you can help me.

I have some taged clustes. [Kat | tag1} [Kat| tag 2] [Kat | Tag 3]

Now i would like to display the build numbers of the hosts which are members of the cluster. And i would like to have this information in three different views (every Tag in one view).

I try to create custom groups and try to get some information out of the child or parent relation ... but its not workin the way i had hoped for

Thanks for any ideas .

You can achieve this with a view.

1. Create a list view and set subject to host system
2. Select in data pane "Build number" under properties.
3. Create a new dashboard and use the created view as many times as you want. So if you need to display for 3 clusters in a different view use 3 views.
4. Make sure when you add a view to the dashboard set "Self provider" to on and under "Input Data" pane set the specified cluster. In Output Data pane select the earlier created view.

Hope this helps.
