DNS stops working in bridged mode

I am running the latest version of fusion. I have several VM's (XP, Vista) that I run at the same time on my Mac Pro 8-core. I often find that I can run three at the same time just fine. But sometimes when I launch a fourth or fifth VM, the browser doesn't work. I do have connectivity though. I can ping google by it's IP. I can ping my other VMs. But name resolution doesn't work.

Any idea what is going on?

Dumb question - were any of these copies of the others (e.g. is it possible you're getting an ID conflict somewhere)?

Are you familiar with how to get a packet trace?
