Hi,
In my student manual is says to check the vi client performance on the VC against a vm showing the CPU READY VALUE.
A "high" value indicates the VM can't get cpu time.
My question is what constitues a high value? When the graph has a line almost to the top of graph or what?
Does the graph sorta "auto adjust"?
Hi GFFG,
This is perfectly explained in the following discussion.
beside the performance graphs you can also use esxtop or top on the esx hosts

Wow that’s quite the pdf and information there.
Not a simple answer except make sure your running 3.0x esx!!
