Acronis Server Image Import Issue MethodFault::Exception: sysimage.fault.DiskLibConnectionFault

I am using 3.0.3 to try and import an acronis true image server into esx 3.5 but i receive the following error message. I am using the latest version of true image server (not echo), i have also tried to restore using the latest build of echo server but this has failed also. The image is not compressed or encrypted.

Over the course of doing the 4 attempted conversion, converter is having a hard time connecting an mounting the images that you are attempting to convert. kindred is an unknown image type, and mybackup is recognized ... but there is a hard time connecting and the DiskLibConnectionFault is like a communication error.

I would try to copy the file locally (if possible), and then send the resulting VM directly to the ESX Server's local stoage. This will greatly reduce communication errors. You can always move the VM off of the local storage to another location after a successful conversion.
