License server error in vpxa.log - 27000@localhost.localdomain

I have an error showing up in all 21 ESX servers (3 different clusters) using the same VC server and license server. Licensing seem to work though, I can do vmotion and the license usage is counted correctly. But on all servers in /var/log/vmware/vpxa/vpxa.log I get the following message spammed in the log:

I can't see where the 27000@localhost.localfomain is coming from, its not the one specified via Virtual Center. It seem to be an DNS issue or something but I have no error when changing license server or doing dns lookup from or to ESX and VC. Is there a config file on the ESX where I can find the actual license server value being used? If it for some reason ignores the one set via VC. One post suggested enabling NFS client in firewall but it doesn't help in this case.

What do you see on the admin tab - licenses in the Virtual Infrastructure client?

is the license service running on the VC server? Try restarting it, perhaps it is hosed. Any errors looking back thru the logs?
