EqualLogic PS100E and Storage Policy

I would like some help on how other EqualLogic customers have configured their storage policy. I am using QLA4052c's (dual port) HBAs to connect to the storage array.

From my reading I've gathered that active/active arrays should have a storage policy of fixed and that active/passive arrays should have a storage policy of MRU.

What is the PS100E considered to be? I though it would be active/passive because only 1 controller is active at a time. When I look at my storage policy VMware has set it to Fixed.

Do I need to change this?

Thanks
