Dock Icon not rendered correctly for an applications

I have an application icon that is shown with a transparent border instead of a black border like in windows. I attached the two screenshots. Is this a known issue?
Not a known issue, but if this virtual machine was created under beta 4 and you're now using it with the RC, try deleting the VM's Application folder as outlined in the release notes[/url].
I already deleted the VM's Application folder; this application was not showing up in the dock before. The application is Dynacom Accounting (www.dynacom.com). It seems that VMware converts the black pixels to transparent pixels on the icon.
