You need to create a new cluster in VirtualCenter first.
Right click the datacenter object to do this.
The, right click the new cluster object and select HA or DRS or both to enable this.
Then Drag the servers into the cluster and you're done.
DRS is simple to setup, just make sure you've got VMotion working,
HA is very dependant on name resolution, so make sure this is up and running.
Which is best? They achieve different things. DRS will load balance for you. HA gives you a recovery solution.

"And what is the best? HA? or DRS? "
Use both. It is not a one or the other scenario. Both are great services for simplifying administration and reducing work.
Thank you MR-T and VirtualNoitall
I have just create a cluster and move the first node to the cluster. But after i have disconnect the first node and move to the cluster i lost my licenses.
Says out off licenses
I have in my Virtual Center a License Server.
And now i cant add the license to the first node.
How many licences did you have for these features?
They'll be shown by clicking Admin, Licences from VC.
Each CPU will grab a licence when it's added to the cluster for DRS or HA.
I have 4 CPU License. And all the licenses are ok now
But i have a resolution problem. And the HA is with error.
My IP from vmware are not my local network. Is this the problem? Or must add the vmware server to my dns server?
For HA to work correctly, DNS is absolutley essential.
You must get this working.
Also, it's worth sticking everthing into the /etc/hosts files on each box to make sure.
Then you'll not have errors.
For HA to work, all hosts need to share the storage and the heartbeat must work between these (serivce consoles).
About the DNS and hosts i will correct that problem
About storage, i have independent LUNs for hitch vmware server(Vmware 1 - LUN 1 for SO and LUN 2 for Data Files, and VMware 2 LUN 3 SO and LUN 4 for Data Files). But off course they are connect to the same storage
But the LUNS are independents. Both LUN SO are from the same RAID Group, and both LUN Data Files are from the same RAID Group.
About heartbeat, i have a FC connection between hitch vmware server to the storage(is this?)
Thank you for your support
All the DRS and HA is running without any problem. I fix the names resolution etc. And all is enable.
Now i will test some failover to see if that all is ok
MR-T thank you for your help
