Host Floppy Drive not accessible from Guest VM

In my previous posted i had a problem with Guest VM not able detect the HDD, now it's floppy drive, I just installed XP sucessfully as a Guest VM, now when i try to access the Floppy drive it says " Insert a Floppy in the Floppy Drive" where as i already have a floopy inside the drive.

I have setup the floppy drive as Host's /dev/fd0[/b]. I tried mounting directly from ESX console and it works, somehow not working from Guest VM.

open the VIC and select edit settings,

highlight the floppy drive and select connect and the top of the right hand pane, volia. your Floppy is connected
