Well...I actually got a very fast response both by mail and within the forums....turn-around-time far less than 24 hours.
Did you get a response by mail indicating the SR number? If yes, can you post that here? If not, can you roughly descibe the support request? I am sure Pat Lee is more than happy to provide you with an answer what the status of the SR is.

My SR# is 186685701 its about Bluetooth and Serial ports, though
I contacted support and they said they would be in contact with you.

I woud like to mention that I still haven't heard anything back from them. Silence. Even my question for feedback in that Siebel website. Nothing... those 24 hours are long gone
You should have heard something back regarding the service request you have filed.

I'm missing a reply to a support request too--I'll have some free time the week after next, so if the engineers want me to start reproducing things, it's a good time to ask. (SR#: 186803709, reboot on Mac sleep when VMware is running)
One thing that just came to my mind...if you provide an email address covered by a spam filter it might be worthwile to check whether the response got stuck there for whatever reason....

How can I contact VMWare? Because via this websystem doesn't really help a lot. At the moment it seems like I have to wait more then a week between replies. I think I will install Bootcamp.

Well...the best thing is the forums in my eyes...however, I have not heard for quite some time on my SR before I got an email asking for same things in that regard. So, I guess that they are just busy preparing the next Beta and working through all SRs. Just be patient...
