Fusion GUI crashing and burning when editing preferences

I'm sorry that I have no idea how to provide useful feedback on this.

I have a WinXP guest that I've been using without problems. This is a virtual hardware version 4, VM moved from Workstation 5 on Linux to Fusion Beta 3 on OS X.

Poking around in the preferences, when I click on "Sound Adaptor" the GUI bombs on me. Previously-running VMs remain running as expected.

What can I do to provide useful feedback?
