Unable to Migrate Management Network from Standard Switch to Distributed Switch

I have a lab environment set up within VMware Workstation. When trying to migrate the Management Network with vmk0 and vmnic0 from a standard switch (where connectivity is fine) to a distributed switch (using Migrate networking), it always fails. The attached images detail the setup, process I am using, and the error messages.
