Super Metric in Dashboard - View

Hi all

vROPS 8.1.1 - Super Metric defined for VM's and enabled in policy.

All looks fine when looking at Metrics under Environment - All objects - <specific VM> - Metrics - All Metrics - Super Metrics

But if I want to show a Super Metric on a View the Super Metrics does not appear in the list when subject type is Virtual Machine.

Am I doing something wrong here ? I have tried the documentation but not been able to find an answer. And BTW I think that the Super Metric editor is very, very difficult to work with.

Hi,

vROPs select the first x objects and only shows those metrics. If the super metric is not applies to those VM it will not show up.

Easy fix, select the VM of which you are sure has the super metrics:

Easy fix, select the VM of which you are sure has the super metrics:
