Hi mblaze,

Does other USB device like USB flash drive work good in VM? Or, is the bluetooth dongle the only device which does not work in VM?

Regards,

-Rick

Hi,

Is there a solution to this? I have the same problem with my USB-network card. I have tried removing it from macOS and then connecting it but I still get the same error.

I need the network unit to be directly connected to the vm.

Thanks for any help

Yes, I have the same problem and haven't found a solution except reloading an earlier version of Vmware. Ive tried all the USB fixes published for earlier versions without success and put a post on here last week. Im unwilling to spend any more time on it. Hopefully, by the time Big Sur drops there will be an update. Just in case there isn't  a fix I checked the major competitor which works fine apart from the cost. 🙂 Anyway, just to let you know you are not alone.

Hi mblaze,

Can you please try upgrading to Fusion 12.1 and check if the issue is resolved.

Thanks,

Kamen
