Questions about the sequence of vRA reboots

I need reboot the vRA server, because reset root password.

So, I just need only restart the vRA server.

I'm not use vRA Load balancing.

I think I just need to consider SQL and IaaS, is it okay to restart only vRA?

Yes, should be fine. You're asking about vRA 7.x here so please lead with versions in all posts in the future.
