Hi,
Theses days I have been trying to develop web service which provides Desktop Service built with VMware Horizon.
the purpose of the service is to provide company information for users and unified access control of application including VDI to users.
and also strong secure authentication system like OTP.
Thing is, even though I build the system, users still can access to the Connection Server. which means that users won't do the OTP.
So I want to block users who try to access to the Connection Server directly and only allow users who log in the service with OTP.
I know WS1 Access can give this function but I want to build the system with tools that I'd like to use . not WS1.
Do you guys have any idea?
You use firewalls to block access to the connection servers and use the unified access gateways for user access solely then.
Secure Remote Access with VMware Unified Access Gateway | VMware
Thank you for your response.
That's an idea. but the point of what I want is to block direct access to the Horizon system using Horizon Client except for access allowed by web site that I built.
