Cursors settings not being remembered?

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone can spot my silly mistake!

My user changes their mouse pointers to a different scheme, but it is not re-applied on next login.

After logoff, the Flex Profiles.reg file contains the relevant item ...

The config file is the 'Windows Common Setting'

But when they next logon they have a default mouse?
