ports to be open

HI gurus

I have a newly VLAN all is well in the VDI pool up to the point on View-admin to have shown the VDI as agent unreachable, Now if I change VLAN the VDI become Available and they work correctly, what ports do I need to open and from source to destination in order for this t work, what am I missing

I have

4001 and 4002 from vlan to Connection servers

I have 4172 from vlan to connection servers

what I am missing to have the agent unreachable in this VLAN in particular

Thanks for jumping in, I have reviewed the link and is very helpful, however , I have checked with the network eng. and all port on the reviewed link has been applied, I think I will have to check a run for all ACL entries as it work with one vlan but not with another one
