vSphere web client shows a different time for ESXi servers than other sources

I am supporting a system with multiple ESXi 6.0 servers and VCSA 6.7 to manage them. The servers and VCSA are all setup with NTP but it seems the VCSA are consistently showing the ESXi servers in the wrong time zone.

Example:

vCenter appliance management web client (chrome): Mon 09-14-2020 01:34 PM -05

Windows PC time: 9/14/2020 1:34 PM

Server time from within vSphere Web Client: 09/14/2020 2:34 PM

Server time from within vSphere Windows Client: 13:34 9/14/2020

Does any one know why the vSphere Web Client would show the ESXi server an hour ahead of everywhere else?

Hi

By default, ESXi hosts will be on UTC time zone. Please SSH to one of these ESXi hosts and run 'date' command to check the time zone

The date command does return the correct utc time. I'm still wondering why the vSphere web client would show the ESXi host's time as an hour ahead of both the vSphere windows client and the local time of the windows PC where I am connecting from. For reference I am looking under host -> configure -> system -> time configuration. Is it possible that my browser (chrome) also has a time zone setting? Or maybe there is some other time zone setting I'm missing?

Hi

After doing some more investigating and testing, it appears that the chrome browser ignores the 'adjust for daylight saving time automatically' flag in the windows 10 settings. My environment requires that this flag be turned off but chrome will still perform the adjustment regardless. Thank you everyone for your suggestions and help.
