Content Gateway on UAG 3.7 with File Shares

Has anyone successfully configured fileshare access repository to a Windows File server through Content Gateway on UAG 3.7 in a Relay-Endpoint configuration?

We have it configured, console tests are successful, we can even list the contents of the repository but cannot download any files. 

If we switch the same repository back to our existing Content Gateway on Linux, it works without issue.

We have it working, the download issue was due to some external NAT rules

Same here ! (with UAG 3.10)

but how can it be a nat issue ?

I use a Fortinet for NAT rules, i did all the same rules as for the linux old gateway....

I did not see any things in log file even with Debug logs.

I can find logs for browsing folder action but nothing the download action....

any other help will be appricied
