iPhones (supervised) force bluetooth on?

Can I force Bluetooth to be turned on on supervised (DEP) iphones (iOS 13.x.x)?

I know I can allow (or not) the user to modify setting. "Allow Bluetooth Settings Modification" under restrictions in profiles.

But I must be sure that it is TURNED ON!

Thanks

Per the link below, it doesn't seem to be possible at this time.

cm1190 - You should be able to turn on Bluetooth via Managed Preferences:  Settings > Device & Users > Apple > iOS > Managed Settings Requested.  Basically, enabling the checkbox here makes Workspace ONE UEM send the "Enabled" property for the Bluetooth Managed Setting:   https://developer.apple.com/documentation/devicemanagement/settingscommand/command/settings/bluetoot...

You can then use the restriction mentioned to prevent the user from changing the setting.
