Hi,
we have got 3 VCenter running and configured with in the Skyline Collector. There arn't any errors but in the Skyline Adivsory is only 1 VCenter visible.
In the collectores Menu all our VCenters are visable but we have got the following message on 2 of our 3 VCenters since weeks ......Data for this product isn't available and processed yet. Please try again later.
Any idea how to fix this?

Welcome to Skyline communities!
Over time Skyline permission requirements have been changed, I would suggest to upgrade your skyline collector to 2.5 and add the below permissions.
The following role/privileges are required for the account used to add the vCenter Server to the Skyline Collector. These role/privileges are sufficient for both collecting product usage data and transferring support bundles with Skyline Log Assist.
Also during permission on vCenter please add service account directly instead of assigning permission to the group.

The Onsite Skyline Collector is able to collect and send all the data... it seems to be an issue on your side...
